NUON needed a better working flow for their customer service agents. After research they discovered that the usability of the application used by the agents was very weak. The ”Shape Your City” app was commissioned by De Gemeente Rotterdam. The aim was to involve the residents of the city in an interactive way for the changes in the city. Through the app it has been made possible to stay informed of road works, policy plans but also to initiate proposals yourself.
